Cabin System
50mm wall boards are all rock wool wall boards (good for environmental protection and thermal insulation),
Wall board:adopts fire-resistance EPS(epispastics polystyrene) colorful steel insulation boards,50mm thick,compound construction,Wall slab rock wool density 85kg,Fire and high temperature resistance
wall board :50mm thick metal plate gate,the view windows with aluminum alloy frame,solid structure and good appearance.
Basement:constructed with galvanized steel plate and anti-corrosion square steel frame.It's configured with 2 rows of painted
floor grids and 3 rows of anti-skid boards.Two ramps are made of anti-skid steel plates.
Anti Circulation System
Large impeller fan, the air volume is 1/3 larger than ordinary fan, soundproof rock wool is attached around the fan, and the noise is low

Composed of 10 groups short wave infrared baking lamps. Each group includes 3 pcs of 1KW baking lamps.Left wall and
right wall 4 groups each.
Baking light box is a double door design,and the lights will be turned off automatically when you close it
Electrical Control System
Composed of famous brand Zhengtai electrical components.
Lighting switch,Spray&Baking switch,temperature setting,time setting,2 groups baking,whole baking,emergency stop,failure alarm,over temperature alarm,timer.The whole working process can be settled at one time.
Top convex setting
The top convex type is set, the lighting box is external (convenient for line maintenance), and the air intake will not be blocked by the lighting lamp, and the pressure is greater than ordinary models.
ground grid height
Floor ground grid:
35cm height, 25cm height for ordinary models. The height of 35cm can effectively prevent enough space when the gas is pressed from top to bottom, and will not be bounced back, so the exhaust effect is better.
