Infrared LED flash control system:
The light condition is requirement of the normal work of 3D imaging system,So the control of LED flash luminance and the camera exposure time is important fro 3D system.BHsystem LED flash control system integrated in an electronic board and built into the computer.Power supply is control by computer switch, which is simple, the cost is low, and the power supply voltage is more stable.This system is controlled by intelligent imaging system of BH 3D wheel alignment software,Which can meter intelligently and control flash and exposure respecitively by left and right cameras.

Camera imaging system
The system consists of a 5000000 pixel high speed high precision camera with Japan's best Pentax
brand lens and infrared LED flash system controlled by computer, and infrared filters.Each camera
exposure settings and infrared LED flash brightness are controlled by ML 3D wheel alignment system.
Therefor,the system maximized the equipment application environment, especially in the dark, super
bright and left-right asymmetry illumination environment

Target with new material,superior performance

 Installation
1.Using environment
1)Indoor environments;
2) environment temperature between:-10ºC ~ 45ºC
3) Environment temperature between:86kPa ~ 106kPa
4) Relative humidity≤85%;
5) Power supply:220V±10%,50Hz±1%;
Equipment should be avoided in the following environments
6) Direct sunlight or high temperature places
7) The area where in upheaval temperature
8) Dusty or humid place;
9) The area which has Strong electric field or strong magnetic field
10) Corrosive gases, flammable gas or chemical fumes filled the place.

2. It's better to have an independent power supply, and with the ground, not with large interference device uses the same power source (ie, the same line), or you must add the stabilizer (UPS power supply);

3. General safety instructions
1) please read this manual before you operation or maintenance ,
2) Make sure the power is consistent with the requirements of the machine;
3) The instrument must be connected to use of the ground and good ground, and lay the ground 1.5 meters above the ground;
4)Equipment maintenance must be done by professionals recognized by the Company, beam assembly must be returned to our service center.
5) Turn off the device when work done, to protect machine working lift.
