1. Equipment overview
This training bench is based on the physical object of the Prius power system assembly, and is composed of three parts: the mobile platform, the low-speed drive device and the anatomical power system assembly. It is suitable for practical training teaching of power system assembly structure and maintenance in middle and higher vocational colleges and training institutions, and can meet the teaching needs of intuitive demonstration of the structure and working principle of power system assembly.

4.product technology
1, CNC wire cutting is adopted, and the cutting surface is flat;
2. Using electroplating, grinding, high-pressure water-sand jetting and other processes to restore the original color of iron and aluminum alloys, which will last for a long time;
3. The cut surface adopts phosphating, baking paint and other processes to ensure that the color is bright and natural, and the paint surface is firm and not easy to fade.
