Vehicle Suspension Tester
KXJ series automobile suspension device testing machine adopts resonant force measurement technology, can test quickly non-disassemble independent suspension vehicle suspension characteristic,and it complies with JT/T 448-2001 the 'automobile suspension device testing machine ' standards.
This equipment is used to detect suspension performance for independent suspension vehicle, mainly detect absorber performance. When the car wheels stop in the automobile suspension test platform, the wheels of static vertical load will be tested by the test platform of sensors, then motor will start, by the action of in the eccentric wheel, vibration platform will be vibrated, the motor will be stopped automatically after vibration for a few seconds. However, in the inertial effect, the system will drive wheels and suspension devices to vibrate, and formed resonance, then the minimum dynamic vertical load for wheel will be measured and calculate absorptivity for automobile suspension devices (expressed as percentage). The absorptivity value will show suspension device performance, the value is bigger, the performance is better.
