Trench 

1. This 20m bus spray booth is mounted with two rows of trench for discharging the air. 
   2. Each row of the trench is designed with the dimension of 18000×840mm (L×W). 
   3. Furthermore, the trench is covered with the galvanized floor grille. 

Front Door

1. Four single doors are utilized. 
   2. The frame of the door adopts the folded edge which is formed of the painted steel plate. 
   3. The EPS board acts as the wall panel. 

Service Door

1. There are two service doors with the dimension of 700×2000mm (W×H). 
   2. The door is provided with the pressure lock. 

Chamber

1. The ceiling panel takes advantage of the 50mm EPS insulation board. 
   2. The wall is supported by the steel reinforcing rib, and the ceiling is provided with the steel composite beam. 
   3. The insertion type polystyrene board has strong fire resistance and superb thermal insulation. The wallboard is 75mm thick and 1150mm wide. The color coated steel plate possesses the thickness of 0.426mm.

Cabinet

1. The air is supplied from the side, and discharged from the back.
   2. The framework is constructed from the coated section bar. 
   3. The outer layer is formed by the coated plate. The inner layer is the galvanized steel plate. The middle layer offers the function of keeping warm. 

Air Supply System (3 sets)

1. This 20m bus spray booth utilizes 3 sets of double-inlet centrifugal fans for supplying air. 
   2. The fan is provided with the model of YDW5.6M, the power of 11kW*2pcs, and the flow rate of 20,000m3/h.   Total power:66KW 

Air Exhaust System (3 sets)

1. This system includes 3 sets of 15kW centrifugal type large-impeller exhaust fans with the model of 4-82. The motor is placed outside.  Total power: 45kw
   2. This fan is driven by a belt. It gives the air capacity of 36, 000m3/h.
   3. The exhaust duct consists of the high-grade galvanized steel plate and the professionally made flange. Moreover, it is installed with a manually adjustable damper.

Heating System (3 sets)

1. The heating system contains three sets of RG5S type Riello burners with the maximum heating value of 780,000Kcal/hour.
   2. The exchanger is made from the premium-quality SUS304 stainless steel in use of argon arc welding technology.
   3. The heat generator has gone through the surface costing process.
   4. The electric actuator is imported from Switzerland with original packaging. It can realize the automatic transfer of paint spraying and curing.
   5. The highest temperature reaches 80 degrees Celsius. 

Filter System

1. Firstly, the inlet air is primarily filtered.
   2. Various types of filter are adopted, including the high-grade ceiling filter, the glass fiber filter, as well as the activated carbon being placed horizontally.

Lighting System

1. Side of the Ceiling: 26 groups × 4 pieces = 104pcs 36W Philips light tubes
   2. Side lamp: 18 groups × 4 pieces = 72pcs 36W Philips lamps
   3. Each unit of the dedicated electronic ballast is connected with 2 light tubes. 
   4. The intensity of illumination reaches 800Lux

Electric Control System
1. This system is controlled by a push-button panel, and the main circuit is designed with multiple protective functions.
2. Our 20m bus spray booth comes with the lighting switch, temperature limiter, failure alarm, emergency stop switch, paint-curing change switch, temperature and time settings, constant-temperature bake painting, and etc.
