1. Equipment Overview
The training bench adopts lithium iron phosphate power battery with nominal voltage of 3.2V and capacity of 20Ah, which is safe and stable. Power battery pack using 23 single battery series, battery pack rated voltage 73.6V, can dynamically monitor the total battery voltage, current, temperature and each single battery voltage, while achieving the battery pack SOC estimation, charge and discharge effective control and fault alarm function, through the internal resistance tester test single battery charge and discharge test diagnosis, the lithium iron phosphate battery pack as the system test object. Suitable for vocational and technical colleges, general education colleges and training institutions on battery performance testing and maintenance of practical training teaching.
2,Functional features
1, the system consists of lithium iron phosphate battery module, battery management system (BMS), intelligent vehicle charger, DC/DC module, high-voltage control module (charging relay / discharge relay / pre-charge relay / maintenance switch MSD / Hall current sensor), three-position ignition switch, 10-inch touch screen, national standard charging gun with socket, 12V battery, discharge meter, internal resistance tester, etc.
2, the system is equipped with 10-inch touch screen, you can observe the battery voltage, current, temperature, SOC and other information, you can read the BMS system parameters through the touch screen function to modify the system parameters, simulate the system level 1, level 2 alarm and protection and other information change state, touch screen independent wake-up/sleep, save energy.
3,The system is equipped with a simulated load (discharger), which simulates the discharging process of the real vehicle through the simulated load, the BMS monitors the discharging process dynamically, collects the discharging current and displays it dynamically through the touch screen.
4,The system is equipped with intelligent vehicle charger, the charger communicates with BMS through CAN protocol, after connecting the charging gun the system self-tests OK, the charging contactor closes, the voltage conversion can be measured intuitively through a multimeter; understand the working principle of AC/DC conversion, the PDU integrates Hall current sensor inside, detects charging and discharging current and transmits it to the 10" colour display through BMS.
5,Transparent acrylic panel on the top cover of the power battery box clearly shows the power battery pack line connection, each battery is marked with the corresponding serial number, line collection line has a line marker logo; you can intuitively understand the collection line connection mode, you can measure the battery pack voltage through a multimeter.
6,The internal resistance tester can monitor the voltage and internal resistance parameters of the single battery in the battery pack.
7,The system is equipped with emergency stop switch and protection device, which is convenient to cut off the total power and safety protection; 8,Detailed colour circuit diagram, component schematic diagram, to meet the control system circuit, component names and other teaching needs, for the control system analysis, testing, diagnosis, troubleshooting, assessment to lay a solid foundation.
9,The control panel is equipped with external detection terminals, which can detect the electrical signals of sensors, actuators, etc., such as resistance, voltage, current, frequency signals, etc. without loss of harness.

11,The table frame is made of aluminium alloy, which is beautiful, atmospheric and dirt-resistant.
12,The teaching panel and control panel are made of 4mm thick aluminium composite board, which is corrosion resistant, impact resistant, pollution resistant, fireproof and moisture proof.

14. The protective cover of the training platform is made of acrylic transparent material, which makes the components in the internal structure of the training platform clear.
