WF-4A 220V high pressure car washer, different from traditional piston car washer,it adopts vortex  power and Intelligent control system,it can wash car at 4-6 washing position at same time.Its biggest advantage is durable, low  failure rate and isn't affected by distance and water quality. Its noise is less than 50dB, and it is oilless.Its working station's pressure is average.Its max water pressure is 1.1Mpa.Opening washing gun motor automatically pressurize.Closing washing gun motor automatically close.With bottom spraying it can clean sand on car chassis .




 

ATTENTION
1. The machine voltage is 220V.Power:2.2kwPlease connect it with power supply according to installation instruction.When installation please pay attention to the right rotation direction of motor .

2. Machine can work for 4pcs washing gun.At same time it can wash car chassis if you add bottom spraying cleaning system.

3.Machine adopts vortex power, accelerate the rate of water flow, produce impact force. Discharging water come about high pressure water.Its max pressure is 1.1MPA/11kg.

4. Pipe should use metal pipe or PPR pipe.It is not affected by distance and water quality. Pipe Inner diameter couldn't be less than 32mm.Otherwise pipe will affect discharge pressure.

5. Water flow of every washing gun is 3L-3.5L/min

6. When using this machine,please don't open and close washing gun to reduce motor starting.Otherwise it will affect motor's life.

7. Machine has built-in motor protection device and leakage/overheat/over voltage/lack of phase/under voltage/voltage instability protection device. If machine couldn't start,mainly it is under voltage.Client need add one voltage stabilizer.
 

8.Because its noise is less than 50dB.We install one alarm at top of machine to remind worker to close main power supply.

9. Machine main unit-intelligent system warranty period is 18months.Motor warranty period:1year. Pipe and washing gun are not within the scope of quality assurance.
