1. Equipment overview

2. Features
1. The system consists of lithium iron phosphate battery pack, BCU (master control module), BMU (slave control module), HMU (high voltage module), intelligent vehicle charger, DC/DC module, PDU high voltage box (built-in total positive relay, total Negative relay, charging relay, pre-charging relay, pre-charging resistor, fuse, Hall sensor, high-voltage maintenance switch), DC/DC module, key switch, 10-inch touch screen, national standard charging gun with socket, auxiliary battery, discharge It is composed of simulated load and high and low voltage wiring harness.
2. The external PDU high-voltage box is equipped with a relay operation indicator light outside the box; it can directly observe the power-on, power-off process, and the operating status of the high-voltage system.
3. The system is equipped with a DC/DC conversion module, which continuously supplies power to the low-voltage system and auxiliary batteries through a lithium battery pack, and can directly measure the voltage conversion through a multimeter; understand the working principle of DC/DC conversion.
4. The system is equipped with an intelligent on-board charger. The charger communicates with the BMS through the CAN protocol. After connecting the charging gun, the system self-checks OK and the charging contactor is closed. The voltage conversion can be measured intuitively with a meter; understand the working principle of AC/DC conversion .
5. The Hall current sensor is integrated in the PDU, which detects the charging and discharging current and transmits it to the 10-inch color screen display through the BMS.
6. The PDU high-voltage box is equipped with a maintenance switch MSD, and the maintenance switch has the function of high-voltage interlock detection; it can simulate the working principle of high-voltage interlock.
7. The PDU high-voltage box adopts vehicle-grade connection plug-ins; and has an error-proof key to ensure system safety.
8. The high-voltage box integrates the insulation detection function; it has a leakage current protection mechanism.
9. The upper cover of the PDU box is made of transparent transparent acrylic board, which can directly observe the arrangement and connection of each relay; all internal parts are marked with labels.
10. The system is equipped with emergency stop switch and protection device, which is convenient to cut off the main power supply and carry out safety protection;
11. Detailed color circuit diagrams and schematic diagrams of components meet the teaching needs of control system circuits, component names, etc., and lay a solid foundation for analysis, detection, diagnosis, troubleshooting and assessment of control systems.
